The so-called tentering process, in fact, mainly refers to the use of tenter setting equipment to apply a certain pulling force to the latitude of the fabric.




    Thus, after being subjected to the force, the fabric can be effectively removed in the pretreatment, dyeing, printing and the like, due to the large warp tension, the unevenness of the weft, the weft skew, the width and the like. As for the shaping process, the tension of the setting machine is appropriately set so that the fabric is heated to the desired temperature under appropriate tension conditions for a certain period of time to re-adjust the fiber molecular chain at a new position.




    It is then cooled down at a certain speed to fix the state of the fabric after heat treatment. That is to say, the use of the tenter setting machine can subtly eliminate the original wrinkles on the fabric and prevent new wrinkles from being generated. In the transmission system, the whole machine mainly consists of 7 synchronous transmission units, 4 circulating fans (8-room drying room) and 2 exhaust fans.




   Description of the technical requirements for the setting machine:




   First of all, in the actual operation process, in order to ensure a good processing effect, the left and right main chains of the tenter setting machine need to be synchronized in speed and position to avoid the weft of the fabric. Secondly, with 10 sections of door width control, the amplitude modulation accuracy should be controlled within ±2mm.




    In addition, in the process of processing the stenter, it is necessary to strictly control the temperature and tension of the stent according to the process requirements. This is because of the two key parameters of the temperature and tension in the shaping process. Proper control of these two parameters helps to improve the processing effect of the stenter.
